Required delivery is 15 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 50 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Duotech Services, Incorporated (CAGE Code: 5Y609), because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
