Full Description

Sole Source Intent. The U.S. Army Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC) -Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) located in Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with RENK LABECO Test Systems 156 E. Harrison Street Mooresville, Indiana 46158-1625 for the quantity of one LMPEC Chassis Dynamometer Service and Training. Renk LABECO Test Systems is the original manufacturer of the LMPEC Chassis Dynamometer. Renk LABECO Test Systems Corporation has the knowledge and expertise to perform a complete system checkout and evaluation. The requirement also includes training. Renk LABECO Test Systems Corporation also has the knowledge, experience and expertise to provide adequate operation and maintenance training. Renk LABECO Test Systems also holds proprietary software to control the operation of the system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a size 4.5 million. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Far 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures-FAC 2005-53 effective 05 July 2011.
