AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 28, 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified contractor to provide construction management services for an office accommodation and special purpose space modernization (the ‘Work’) within the leased premises of the Joseph Shepard Building (‘the Building’), 4900 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario.
