The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, is soliciting proposals for a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services across the State of Hawaii. This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a total capacity not to exceed 495 million dollars and intends to award between five and seven firm-fixed-price contracts.
