This Announcement modifies HSSS0112Q0025 (the period of performance was mistakenly put in as 9 months, it should have been 90 days) The Government intends to negotiate and award, a sole source commercial firm fixed priced type contract to Black Hills Ammunition, of Rapid City, SD, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Cartridge, 5.56, 62 grain RRLP Frangible Bullets, small arms ammunition. The Contract award is intended to be made by 31 December 2011 or earlier. This is for commercial supplies. The resulting contract will be for a period of 90 days (3 months) . This solicitation is sole source and shall be awarded on a one-time basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332992.
