This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of The Bureau of the Fiscal Service's Administrative Resource Center (ARC) to Women Owned Small Business vendors for a 5-Day Oracle Apex Development Utilizing ORDS Training as described in the Performance Work Statement. This requirement is a 100% Women Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 611420. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-8. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fix-priced delivery order resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.
