This is a sources sought notice required when using only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2). DLA Land and Maritime is considering a future solicitation(s), and subsequent award, of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC/LTC) for the item(s) listed on the attached MR LTC Spreadsheet. The resultant IQC/LTC could potentially range from 3 to 5 years in length. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2). Please provide any additional sources that may be able to manufacture these items. See attached Market Survey questionnaire and spreadsheet for NSNs and approved sources. Please complete and return directly to the buyer. Should a company wish to be reviewed and qualified as an - Approved Source, they may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. A SAR package contains all technical data needed to demonstrate that the prospective contractor can competently manufacture the product to the same level of quality or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The onus is on the contractor to document and demonstrate their product is equal to, or better, than the currently approved item which DLA Land and Maritime is procuring. For further information, please reference the DLA Land Maritime web page shown below and click on the highlight: Alternate Offer/Source Approval Program for detailed explanation for the information and format necessary for a SAR and for the SAR approval process. http://www.landandmaritime.dla.mil/programs/altofferor/ Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. In order to make a commercial determination, we would need sufficient documentation to support commerciality. 1. Published price lists (provide location of website). 2. Unredacted commercial sales history (e.g. invoices showing sales to companies outside of Federal, State, or Local Government). The importance of un-redacted invoices is to assist in providing items have been sold commercially at like prices for like quantities. 3. Proof of availability or announcement of the commercial items to the general public (provide location of websites).

Switch, Pressure
Solicitation # CM26239122
DLA Land and Maritime, specifically the FMS Tactical LTC Team at DLA Weapons Support - Columbus, is conducting a sources-sought market survey for the procurement of Pressure Switches under NSN 5930-01-324-5328. The agency is seeking information from potential vendors regarding delivery timelines, quantity capabilities, and pricing structures to determine the feasibility of an Indefinite Delivery Contract with a proposed three-year base period and subsequent one-year option periods. The government is specifically looking for data on commercial availability and is requesting drawings or bills of materials to identify similarities between commercial and military equivalents. The current approved source for this item is Cameron Energy Services Corp, identified by CAGE code 05991 with multiple associated part numbers. Due to the AMC 3C designation, this part requires engineering source approval to maintain quality, as the approved sources retain essential technical data and manufacturing knowledge. Other companies wishing to be qualified as approved sources must submit an application package through the DLA Weapons Support Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request Program to demonstrate their ability to manufacture the product to the same or better quality than the original equipment manufacturer. Responses should be directed to Contract Specialist Caitlin Ferry by the deadline of November 4, 2026.
