The frequency range of 100 KHz to 50 GHz with a carrier offset of 2.5E-05 * Carrier frequency (Hz) the single sideband phase noise shall not exceed -40 dBc(Hz). I believe the offset of 2.5E-05 should not have the minus sign. I believe it should read 250 KHz or 2.5 E 05 Hz. Please clarify. Response: To avoid confusion, lets change it to 250 KHz.
