The Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy is requesting interior painting services for Buildings 503 & 504 Dormitory. The purpose of this project is to refresh and improve the appearance and condition of the dormitory's interior areas. The project will include painting designated interior walls, lobby and bedroom ceilings, exposed wooden beams, interior doors and door frames, interior window frames, Cove base removal, drywall repairs, and associated surface preparation. The Center will select all paint colors prior to the start of work.
