514 AMW Lodging Basic Purchase Agreements (BPAs)

The 514th Air Mobility Wing is soliciting Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial lodging services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey, with the goal of establishing multiple fixed-rate agreements to support reserve training and drill weekends. Hotels must be located within New Jersey and no more than a 30-mile driving radius from JB MDL, with rates strictly compliant with DoD lodging per diem limits unless explicitly authorized. Offerors must submit a completed price list, technical documentation proving their ability to meet all service requirements, business information, and proof of active SAM registration. The solicitation requires strict adherence to the Performance Work Statement, including 24/7 check-in and check-out services, non-smoking rooms, occupancy limits of two per room with shared bathrooms, secure locking mechanisms, and submission of annual fire, sanitation, health, elevator, and pest control records.
