A determination to not compete this requirement was made to 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implement FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplfied Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. YThe Government the intends to procure this Sole source action rquirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13 and Commercial FAR Part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issed. interested concers must show clear and convincing evidence that competion of the requirment would be advantages to the Governemnt.
