The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane is seeking firm fixed price quotes for a sole-source, four-year IDIQ contract for replacement parts, specifically knob fillers and magnetic plugs. This procurement is restricted to Eaton Aerospace LLC and its authorized distributors because the existing equipment requires specific form, fit, and function standards. The solicitation is being conducted under FAR 13 procedures, with the synopsis exception provided by FAR 5.202(a)(13). Interested vendors must submit their offers to the designated point of contact, Jilda Tow, via email or fax by the specified deadline. While information is posted on both the Federal Business Opportunities and Navy Electronic Commerce on Line websites, offerors are responsible for monitoring these platforms for amendments. Submitting a bid through the NECO website alone does not guarantee receipt by the proper authority.
