PRON: AX1F0081AX; NOUN: Washer, Spring Tension, UH-60; NSN: 5310-01-589-2503; P/N: P38230; Quantity: 5000 each minimum /15000 each maximum on a three year firm fixed price (FFP) (1 year base and 2-100% Options) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery is 5000 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 5000 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Martin-Baker America Inc. (CAGE Code: 1Q842), because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
