This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation document W9124L-07-T-0008 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Aggregate in accordance with the Governments requirement. 3. This Solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective August 4, 2006. 4. Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers/bids are solicited from small business concerns. Offers/bids received from other than small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
