Industry Day: Expeditionary Earth-Filled Protection Barriers The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) will hold an Industry Day on November 16, 2007 to acquire input into the development of a performance specification for expeditionary earth-filled protective barriers. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Individual breakout sessions will be available during the afternoon to interested parties. Attendees are requested to submit questions in writing (use of email is encouraged) at least two days prior to the conference to allow inclusion in the agenda; questions will, however, be considered at any time prior to or during the conference. Copies of the draft performance specification for expeditionary earth-filled protective barriers may be obtained by contacting Richard J. The industry day is a preliminary step in the acquisition process that may result in an actual Request For Proposal (RFP) at a later date. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by DSCP to enter into an agreement with any entity participating in the further development of the referenced draft performance specification. The Government will not be liable for any expenses incurred by an attendee.
