56--LMDT MAIN VEHICLE ACCESS GATE REPLACEMENT

The Bureau of Reclamation's Missouri Basin Region is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of replacing the main vehicle access gate at the Leadville Mine Drainage Tunnel in Leadville, Colorado. The project involves installing a remotely actuated dual tilt vertical pivot gate with associated sensors, wiring, and communication cables, in the same location as the existing gate, with a focus on ensuring minimal height extension to avoid interference with overhead powerlines. The work is scheduled to occur between June and September, requiring all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for removal of the old gate and installation of the new system, including stanchions, footings, and keypads. This notice is solely for market research and planning purposes under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of future procurement. Interested small businesses, including those with socioeconomic designations such as HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned, or Native American/Indian-Owned, are encouraged to submit capability statements by February 5, 2025. The responses should include company details, relevant experience, licensing, bonding, and insurance information.
