PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #652-19-101 Roof Repair Building 500 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to remove existing roofing materials and install new tapered insulation and Modified Bitumen System over existing concrete roof decks for Project 652-19-101. General Scope: The Contractor will provide all transportation, material, hardware, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to remove existing roofing materials and install new tapered insulation and Modified Bitumen System over existing concrete roof decks. Additionally, a new ballasted railing system will be installed, as well as any required related work necessary to design and install a warrantied roofing system. Related work will include at a minimum: new drains, new flashings, new expansion joints, and may include blocking replacement or other repair work as necessary, for Building 500.
