Full Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Directorate of Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order against GSA contract held by Newpark Mats and Integrated Services, Inc. The award will consist of the following items/configurations: CLIN 0001 Dura Base Upper Ramp Assembly 13ft; CLIN 0002 Dura Base Lower Ramp Assembly 13ft; CLIN 0003 Dura Base Upper Ramp Assembly 7ft; CLIN 0004 Dura Base Lower Ramp Assembly 7ft; CLIN 0005 Delivery and Transportation; and CLIN 0006 Installation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326199, size standard 500 employees. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
