This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for laboratory infrared cameras (further descriptions of the items can be found at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm under solicitation numberw9124Q-08-LABCAM. The applicable NAICS code is 333315 with at size standard of 500 employees. We make payment by DFAS through the Wide Area Work Flow system; therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/),as well as, in the Wide Area Workflow (https://wawf.eb.mil/) Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, reasonable price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 211-11 ($3000), FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 42.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232.33, 52.232-36).
