This contract will be for the purchase of (1) SIU-2FC-1, (2) FC202, (2) ASR11-CD2, (1) H-2 and (1) PS-2. Acquiring these items from Sensis Corporation will allow for the detection of aircraft at ground level. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you fell that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by July 26, 2006, 3:00 p.m. MST.
