The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue Solicitation N00024-03-R-5337 on a sole source basis to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776-3375 to design, produce, integrate and test the Cobra Judy Replacement (CJR) Mission Equipment (ME). The solicitation will include options for Engineering and Technical Services to support the CJR ME. The CJR ME consists of a radar suite with X-band and S-band active phased array sensors, and other related mission equipment. The S-band active phased array radar will be a directed subcontract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Electronic Systems, 1745A West Nursery Road, MS-A340, Linthicum, MD 21090.
