Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with the Arts and Science ET Technologies Infinition, Inc. 3630 Rue Jean-Talon, Trois-Rivieres, QC, Canada G8Y2G7. This contract will be for the procurement of: CLIN 0001: Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 1, Description: Radar, Part # 10000-11, Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 1, Description: Signal Cable on Reel, Part # 11000-5, Unit of Issue: Each, Quantity: 1, Description: TestCenter Software, Part # 12000-03. Infinition Inc is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only source that can provide the required radar equipment. Acquiring these items will provide compatibility in form, fit and function with existing Infinition radar systems and software currently in use at USAYPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
