This is a Sole Source solicitation. Justification for Sole Source: THE ONLY MAN PORTABLE SYSTEM TO EFFECTIVELY SIMULATE THE ALR-69, ALR-69A, APR-39, APR-39B, ALR-56M, ALQ172 & ALQ196 WITH MULTIPLE EMMITERS AND SUFFCIENT POWER ON THE SAME BORESIGHT ANGLE AT 75FT TO BE DETECTABLE DURING MAINTENANCE OPERATIONAL SYSTEM CECK-OUTS, AND CONDUCT INTEGRATED OPERATIONS WITH THE MEON AND BARINGA OPTICAL HEADS.
