We intend to award a sole source contract to Nomadics, Inc., 1024 S Innovation Way, Stillwater, OK, 74074-1508 for a FIDO card reader with explosive detection capability. Nomadics Inc. is currently the manufacturer of the FIDO card reader system, the refore, due to the proprietary nature of existing systems, Nomadics Inc. is the only available source for procurement. See Note 22 (any proposals must be received within 3 calendar days from the date of this publication).
