58--Notice of intent to Sole Source Equipment Purchase

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Research Electronics International, LLC for Spectrum Analyzers and Nonlinear Junction Detectors. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICS code for this action is 334511. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. INSCOM requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
