This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0018. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for Transcrypt International Encryption Modules and Key Loaders as follows: (1) 18 each M080-460-WM Encryption Module for Motorola PRO5100 Mobile Radio, (2) 17 each M080-460-SPC Encryption Module for Motorola PRO5150 Portable Radio, (3) 290 each M095-460-AC Encryption Module for Motorola HT1000 Portable Radio and (4) 2 each TR30-3061 Keyloader with cables for PRO5100, PRO5150 and HT1000 Motorola Radios. These same type modules have previously been provided for project requirements and items indicated above are only acceptable due compatibility requirements with the existing Transcrypt encryption system. Delivery will be to the Embasssy Freight Forwarder in Miami, Florida. Packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Colombia via Air freight to prevent damage and theft during shipment and handling. Prices should be quoted FOB destination Miami, Florida. Award will be made based on the basis of best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical attributes considered. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on May 11, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail.
