This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contact with Dallas Avionics, inc, 2525 Santa Anna Ave, Dallas, TX 75228 for two (2) each TIL #TDFM6148-P433NV Radios and two (2) each TIL AMS6000 Audio Mode Selectors for use in UH-60 Blackhawk Aircraft for the New Hampshire Army national Guard. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 334290 Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The TIL #TDFM6148-P433NV Radio is the only known commercial radio available that meets all the Governments requirements for multi-agency, interoperable communication capabilities with non-military entities and has received an Air Worthiness Release (AWR) for use in UH-60 Blackhawk Aircraft. Convincing evidence of your ability to provide these items and your response to this notice must be received no later than 10:00 AM EST, 16 September 2008.
