The United States Army Communications Security Logistics Activity is seeking sources for spare parts to repair active and legacy Communications Security equipment. The requirement covers four primary programs: AIRTERM KY-100 and Remote Control Unit Z-AVH, which are currently in production; MINTERM KY-99A, which is in the sustaining phase; VINSON KY-57/KY-58 and associated auxiliary components, which are legacy items; and AN/CYZ-10A Data Transfer Devices, which are part of a refurbishing program. Because many of these systems are out of production, some parts may be obsolete and present production challenges. The government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a performance period consisting of one base year and four option years. Deliveries will be made to the Tobyhanna Army Depot. Interested suppliers must provide production lead times, availability durations, and price break ranges, along with documentation verifying the items meet government specifications. Successful contractors may be required to warrant that all supplied parts perform satisfactorily for their intended purpose.
