The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to: Time Warner Cable, 126 Person St. Fayetteville, NC 28301 for providing 30 second advertising spots each week for 52 weeks on a variety of cable channels for the Army Community Service/Family Advocacy Program Services. This requirement is to provide a wide array of preventative and educational services to military families where they live. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
