The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the ELECTRONIC UNIT, INFRARED VIEWER INPUT NSN: 5855-01-526-8300 OUTPUT NSN: 5855-01-526-8300 INPUT P/N: 3203134-4 OUTPUT P/N: 3203134-4 The proposed contractual action will be for a Five Year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price type contract, with a minimum quantity of 10 and a maximum of 60 which includes a quantity of 10 for FMS. This is not a Critical Safety Item. This is not a commercial item, therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. There is no adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this overhaul. The requirement of the ELECTRONIC UNIT, INFRARED VIEWER is sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), FLIR Systems Inc., 27700 Parkway Ave. SW, Wilsonville, OR 97070, CAGE Code 64869. The OEM owns the data rights exclusively. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule is 2 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 120 days ARO. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted.
