NSN: 5895-01-461-4505, Electronic Communications Case. This NSN has a full technical data package available for download once the solicitation is opened. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 192 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does apply to this procurement. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Provision 52.219-6 ALT 1, stating: (1) Offers are solicited only from small business concerns and Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (FPI). Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns or FPI shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. (2) Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to either a small business concern or FPI. . Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 2,675 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 669 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 669 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 1,338 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 22,145 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 1/6/2014. The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the soliclitation.
