Although this announcement is not a request for quotations, the Navy invites other interested and qualified parties to submit their technical capabilities within 15 days of the notice’s publication to assess if a competitive procurement might be warranted. Submissions must be detailed enough to enable the Navy to evaluate whether the submitting party can fully satisfy the requirements. The contract reflects a straightforward procurement focused on maintaining system compatibility and cost efficiency, with contact and submission details provided for further inquiries.
