The scope of work requires the contractor to return assets to a Ready For Issue condition, specifically including the replacement of all seven transorbs on the internal Fuel Interface Card per Engineering Investigation WC2EI-H1Y-0002-21S. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary tooling, fixtures, and materials, with a strict prohibition on the use of MIL-W-81381 wire in favor of SAE-AS22759 series wire. Technical requirements include compliance with ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 quality standards and ANSI/NCSL Z540 or ISO-10012-1 calibration standards. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1 and ASTM D3951-18, with marking following MIL-STD-129. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing through Wide Area Workflow and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses, including Buy American and cybersecurity reporting.
