On 12 NOV 2013, ACC-APG Tobyhanna Division awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a $4,600,000.00 price ceiling to Test, Evaluate, Repair and Return the Force XXI Battlefield Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) consolidated 10 inch/12 inch display unit(DU)used on the AN/UYK-128 BFT/FBCB2. This action was awarded as a Sole Source BPA under the statutory authority at 10 USC2304(c) (1), and regulatory authority at FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
