This contract, issued by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech, concerns the repair and manufacture of circuit card assemblies. A recent amendment increased the required quantity from seven to nine units. The contractor is required to provide a not-to-exceed repair price that covers all costs associated with receipt and complete restoration, including handling damage, missing hardware, and wear. All work must adhere to MIL-STD-130 for marking and ISO 9001 standards, with the US Navy covering all transportation costs to and from the repair site. The agreement emphasizes strict adherence to the Required Turnaround Time (RTAT), with specified price reductions per unit for any assets that fail to meet this timeline. The contractor is responsible for all quality assurance and inspection records, which must be maintained for 365 days following delivery. Any changes in design or part numbers require written approval from the contracting officer, unless they are simple part number changes.
