We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, unscreened integrated circuit CMOS Gate Array Integrated Circuits to AMI Semiconductor, Inc., 2300 Buckskin Road, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Research has shown that no other company c an produce these add-ons to the existing proprietary equipment. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming.
