This requirements contract, solicitation number DAAH0103R0093, is for the procurement of Directional Couplers for the PATRIOT system. Due to fluctuating supply demands, the acquisition utilizes an Incremental Quantity Program with a minimum of 3 units, a known quantity of 3, and a maximum of 43 units. The contract is structured across five program periods, allowing the government to issue orders as requirements materialize or order the maximum quantity at any time. The procurement process requires a single contractor-tested first article, with a test report due 155 days after award and production delivery scheduled for 110 days following the acceptance of that report. Because technical data packages are unavailable, the government intends to negotiate with a limited number of sources, specifically targeting Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. Offerors must be approved and qualified to participate in this acquisition.
