The US Army, through the Fort Rucker Directorate of Contracting, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Denro Systems for the depot-level repair of Lowest Replaceable Units supporting the Small Tower Voice Switch across 37 locations. This requirement covers all hardware, software, and firmware, with the government identifying the manufacturer as the only capable source due to their proprietary rights and technical expertise. The contract includes a base period ending September 30, 2006, with an option to extend through September 30, 2007. Under the agreement, the contractor must follow a strict twelve-step repair process including logging, inspection, fault isolation, repair, and quality assurance testing. For shipments of ten or fewer units, the contractor is required to complete repairs and return the equipment within thirty calendar days. All units must be shipped in antistatic packaging to prevent damage. While the government intends to proceed with a sole source award, interested parties may submit their capabilities for review to determine if a competitive solicitation is warranted.

The Department of Defense is seeking a small business contractor under a firm-fixed price contract to provide security camera maintenance and integration services for four barracks facilities at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The scope of work involves integrating IP cameras and network hardware from Buildings 8354, 8355, and 8356 into a centralized monitoring station in Building 8350, as well as performing semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections based on a 12-point checklist. The contract spans a five-year period, consisting of a 12-month base year for integration and maintenance, followed by four optional 12-month maintenance-only years. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, where quotes are ranked by price and evaluated on a pass/fail basis for technical capability. To be deemed acceptable, offerors must demonstrate a feasible integration approach, a compliant maintenance plan, and the ability to meet strict response times, including a one-hour telephone response and four-hour on-site arrival for critical system failures. Contractors must also commit to a one-year warranty on new parts and labor, adhere to a 250 dollar pre-approval threshold for replacement parts, and ensure personnel complete AT Level I and iWATCH training within 90 days of award. The procurement is a 100 percent total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561621. Interested parties must submit a two-volume proposal consisting of a technical capability narrative and a pricing schedule by November 17, 2026. All work must comply with Fort Rucker building codes and Department of Production Works specifications, with final inspections conducted by the DPW.
