Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to David Clark Company Inc. for ENC Headsets with battery module and communication cords (part number 40941G-01) to David Clark Company Inc, 360 Franklin Street, Worchester, MA 01615-0054. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because David Clark Company Inc. is the only vendor that can meet the requirement for Headsets (40941G-01).
