This item is sole source to Symmetricom Inc, Cage Code 1B0C5, because this requirement requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra precision quality for its function or system integrity. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 8 each due 395 days after contract award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 8 each due 263 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
