DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about June 30, 2014, for a Five (5) Year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract in the total estimated amount of $46,581,071. The subject requirement is sole-source to the OEM, Rockwell Collins (Rockwell), (Cage Code 13499) for NSN 5996-01-188-3332 (Rockwell p/n 622-6545-003) Improved Frequency Modulator AM-7189A/ARC. The contract will have a guaranteed minimum of $46,581and a maximum of $46,581,071. Delivery is to: DSCC New Cumberland facility in New Cumberland, Pa. This is a sole source requirement that is restricted to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The Government does not own any technical drawings for this requirement. This requirement is issued as FOB-Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for stock replenishment only. Awards will be made based on the basis of lowest price, technically acceptable.
