Full Description

The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with ChargePoint, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is the only announcement being issued prior to award. A Determination and Findings to solicit from a single source has been prepared to support this procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations meet or exceed the Government¿s requirements for features, warranty and technical support. Firms believing they can provide the provide the electric vehicle charging stations listed above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the stated requirements. All responses received within five (5) days after the published date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to the Government¿s point of contact below, and shall include the firm¿s Dun and Bradstreet number and Tax Identification Number. Firms shall identify business size (i.e., small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS 335999 which is 500 employees.
