This solicitation is for the sole-source repair of three Critical Application Items (CAI), identified by NSN 5999-015687043 and part number 267A750-3, under the FMS Case SR-P-MAL. The requirement is being pursued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to allow competition with other sources, and government source approval is mandatory prior to award. Contractors not already approved as a source must submit the detailed documentation outlined in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure as part of their proposal; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
