The Department of Defense, through DLA Aviation At Huntsville, requires 15 Circuit Card Assemblies (PN 1073624, NSN 5998-01-092-0901) for the Patriot Missile System. The required delivery schedule is 100 days after the contract award. Due to the need for ultra-precision quality and specialized test and inspection facilities, as well as a lack of available technical data, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with Raytheon Co., AMDS DIV, Inc. as the sole source under FAR 6.302. This acquisition is restricted, and documentation is only released to the sole source of supply. While the government is pursuing a non-competitive procurement, other responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to produce the items to be considered for this or future solicitations. Interested firms are encouraged to seek source approval via the SAMSAR process. All offers and expressions of interest must meet specific prequalification requirements to be eligible for award.
