We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, 16 each High Voltage Capacitor, 12.5uF, 40kV to General Electronic Systems, 4949 Greencraig Lane, San Diego, Ca 92123-1675. This is the only company that manufactures this High Volta ge Capacitor to the specification required. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming. See Note 22. (Any interested parties must respond by 4:00 PM MST 14 September 2006.
