IGF::OT::IGF, SERVICE, ARRAY SERVICES AND SUPPLIES, CHRI Sole Source Post The National Park Service, Southeast Region intends to award a sole source requirement for the purchase of Repair Services, Receivers and Batteries which is the specialized equipment and services from Vemco/ Amirix Systems Inc in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 for Virgin Islands National Park. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999. The determination to select Amirix Systems Inc for this service is that they are the only authorized distributor of Vemco software. Additionally, there is no other software that is compatible to existing equipment that has already been purchased for Virgin Islands National Park. It is cost prohibitive to change existing equipment to utilize alternate software. NAICS Code: 335999, All Other Misc Electrical Equipment, Standard business size is 500 Employees. The National Park Service is presently using FEDBIZOPPS to issue synopsis for Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Justifications and Sources Sought. The synopsis may be viewed online at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Fedbizopps will be the only means of obtaining the amendments and will be able to receive electronic notification of solicitations and awards. CAUTION: This synposis will be issued electronically as will any amendments. The Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's list. It is incumbent for any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. All questions pertaining to the synopsis can be directed to contact@example.gov or by calling +1 (555) 000-0000. This is a special notice for interested vendors for this project. A solicitation will not be released for this requirement if no vendors are interested. If NPS does not receive interest from the industry, this will be a notice of intent to award on a sole source basis to Quantum Spatial, Inc. This is not considered a Request for Quote.
