The response must include documentation such as test result, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply this item that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LHGXA Antenna from the previous suppliers.
