This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a total Hubzone set-aside. The solicitation number is W91RUN-9247-7000 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 335999. This solicitation will result in a firm, fixed-price contract. The Kentucky Army National Guard has a requirement for 3,680 each Opticon Scan & Go Single User Kits or equal. The Kits should consist of the following: OPL-9728-00CEW Laser data collector IMB memory, 3 keys and A/N keys, LCD display and charged LI-ion battery, 28 OPHOLST-02,OPL97XX Holster with belt clip and transparent window, CRD-9723-RU-SK1 Single-slot charging comm cradle with power supply, combo-USB/RS232 with cables. The kits proposed need to be equal or better to the Opticon models referenced.
