59--Quad Wide Band Conditioners

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Precision Filters, Inc 240 Cherry St in I thaca, NY 14850-5099. The existing equipment was previously purchased from Precision Filters, Inc and to maintain baseline characteristics with currently owned units, additional cards and units must match exactly to be compatible with existing equipment. The units must have identical physical dimension for interchangeability, must be identical electronically in performance and standards, have identical software control, have identical functions embedded in the firmware and hardware, and be compatible with existing cabling and interface connections. This contract will be for the purchase of QTY (1) 28314-A-BE6-M101 Quad Wide-Band Charge Conditioner with 127.5 kHz 6-Pole Bessel Filter, QTY (7) 28104-A-BE6-6 Quad Channel Resistive Bridge Conditioner w/ 6-po le Bessel, BC1/124 Bridge Completion Module for 28104 Cards, BR1/124-350-10762 Bridge Completion Resistor Module for 28104 Cards, 350 Ohm Completion., QTY (1) 28104-A-BE6-6 Quad Bridge Conditioner w/ 6-pole Bessel, BC1/124 Bridge Completion module, BR1/12 4-350-10762 Bridge Resistor Module, 350 Ohm Completion, QTY (2) 28314-A-BE6-M101 Quad Wide-Band Charge Conditioner with 127.5 kHz 6- Pole Bessel Filter. Award of these requirements will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
