The items are identified by part numbers 13100, 13120, and 13150. Because these components are source-controlled by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, any interested vendor must be listed as a qualified source in the AMCOM database to be eligible for procurement. Suppliers must submit their capabilities to the Commander of USA CECOM by September 10, 2004. Submissions must include supporting documentation, such as previous purchase orders or a statement from the current source, to prove that the provided units are physically and functionally interchangeable with the original equipment. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the items will perform according to Army specifications.
